■  Basic Features

Air spring has non-linearity characteristics, its rigidity changes with the change of the loads. Therefore its natural frequency remains nearly unchanged under any different loads, so that the air spring system has nearly unchanged characteristics. It has excellent performance in absorbing high frequency vibration and insulating noise. It can endure both axial load and radial load at the same time. Different load capability is achieved by adjusting the inner pressure to meet the requirements of various loads.

 

Within the effective travel, air spring’s rigidity, height, cavity volume and load capability can be adjusted by the method of increasing and decreasing the inflation air pressure. These characters will have a stable, periodic and soft change according to the change of loads, thus realizing flexible transfer of the load, effective adjustment of the travel and very efficient control of the vibration amplitude and the vibration load.

●   Excellent vibration insolation and absorption capability

Better than any other equipments of vibration isolation and absorption.  By attaching external air storage tank much lower natural frequency is achieved

●   Accurate height control

The height is controlled by adjusting the air pressure inside the spring. The air spring has no static friction with other components. When the load changes, the height is ensured not to change by automatic adjusting of the system pressure

●   Stable vibration isolating  efficiency and independent load carrying and vibration absorption characteristics

Unique vibration isolation characteristic with which the system natural frequency will not change greatly for different loads. So the same air springs can be used at each installation place of the of the uneven loaded equipment

●   Prevent resonance effectively

The air spring vibration absorption system can be designed with two natural frequencies so that resonance can be avoided by switching the natural frequency

●   Good horizontal stability

●   Effectively reducing noise

The air spring vibration absorption system can reduce the structure transfer noises. As it doesn’t generate the spring vibration like the ordinary screw spring, and it does not produce noise by itself
