Basic Configuration

●      Basic Configuration

Controlling temperature range: 70~130℃

Temperature controlling precision:±1℃(engine intake water temperature), ±1℃(engine outtake water temperature)

●      Engine Cooling Unit with Coolant

Cooling Unit using stainless steel plate heat exchanger

The temperature of cooling water should be less than 35℃, when the controlling temperature is less than 40℃

●      Cooling Unit

Using international famous brand 3-way temperature control regulating valve.

Controlling instruments having functions of temperature controlling, alarm, storage, temperature setting, and communication with upper machine.

Analog and communication quantity input/output: RS485, 4~20mA, or 0~10V

An integrating installation of the electrical control cabinet

●      Expanded Water Tank

Automatic water replenishing equipment when engine lacking water

Automatic airing valve on the water tank, when the positive pressure of the engine coolant system is equal to or lager than 0.9bar, the emission starts

●      Liquid Level Display

Pipes: all using 304 stainless steel


Selecting Unit

●      Heating Unit

      Reducing preheating time of the engine, ensuring the temperature or reach the highest setting one during low load, using electrical heating and emission heating

●      Water Pumping Unit

     Using internal circulating pump to regulate pressure loss in the system

     Using small internal circulation, to shorten the heating process of the coolant, meanwhile not affecting the operation of the engine water pump

●    Pressure / Flow Quantity Regulating Unit

     Using frequency converter to control the water pump (optional)

●     Flow Quantity Measuring Unit

      Electric and magnetic water flowmeter at the water inlet or outlet of the engine with the precision: ±0.5%

●      Other Options

      Liquid sight glass

     Coolant collecting tank

     Liquid infusing pump

     Automatic water emission by compressed air
